Harbour Club was born from a simple yet bold dream: to bring the storied elegance of London’s elite private clubs to the heart of Miami Beach. Founded by James Julius, a London native with a passion for unmatched hospitality, and Michele Esposito, a visionary chef from Napoli, Harbour Club is more than just a members' club—it is a celebration of refined lifestyle and culinary excellence. Together, they envisioned a place where every detail is curated to offer an unparalleled experience for its members.

From its inception, Harbour Club was set to be a sanctuary for the sophisticated. Drawing inspiration from James’ experiences in some of London's most prestigious establishments and Michele’s culinary prowess honed in the world’s top kitchens, they created a club that is a microcosm of global luxury and local charm. The club's design echoes the old-world British elegance, featuring interiors that blend rich woods, soft lighting, and plush furnishings with the tropical vibrance of Miami.

Leading the Harbour Club with an expert hand, James Julius is a veteran in the world of luxury hospitality. He has worked at a number of prestigious venues including Dorchester Hotel, Annabel’s, various Major Food Group restaurants, and most recently, spearheaded the opening of ZZ’s Members’ Club, Miami. Now, at the helm of Harbour Club, James offers his deep expertise in private membership clubs to create a unique English private club experience.

MICHELE ESPOSITO

Raised in Italy and inspired by his love for traditional Italian cuisine, Michele pursued culinary studies in Napoli. He honed his skills in classic French cuisine at The Dorchester Hotel and mastered seafood at the Belmond Hotel on the Amalfi Coast. Most recently, he has served as Head Chef at Forte Dei Marmi followed by Executive Chef at Casa Tua. Now, as Executive Chef at Harbour Club, Michele showcases his passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and commitment to quality.
